Return Policy
West Haven and Company does not offer free returns.
Returns require customer shipping.
Items that are fragile; ceramic, stoneware, glass and/or any other materials that are breakable in nature, items that are damaged upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This applies to all Rae Dunn products.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be in the original packaging. Please note that photos of your package and contents are photographed before leaving our warehouse.
You must contact us within ten days of receiving your package.
Requests for refunds and/or returns after ten days will not be granted.
Exempt Goods:
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, household use items, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- * Gift cards
- * Some health and personal care items (gift baskets).
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable);
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
- If you do not receive an e-mail or refund within 7- 10 concerning your refund or returned product, please contact us at help@westhavenandcompany.com.
Late or missing refunds:
- Please note: West Haven and Company does not facilitate the transfer of funds from your financial institution to your account.
- If you have not received a refund within three to five business days, please review your account.
- Please contact your credit card company or other financial institution if you continue to have issues locating your account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- West Haven and Company will only refund balances due to the original method of payment.
- Under no circumstances will we be able to refund balances due to any other payment method.

Sale items:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are currently available for replacement. Our stock is always limited and most items sell out quickly - and exchanges are not possible.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, and the item is available, send us an email at help@westhavenandcompany.com.
- Further instruction will be provided once your item is available.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser. Please contact the original purchaser, as West Haven and Company will verify purchaser details.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If any transaction is claimed as a dispute through service provider: PayPal you will be responsible for returning any disputed item regardless of defect, damage or otherwise.
